Getting an error message when adding a member or doing a substitution

To substitute a member in, that person will be required to have an Existing Entry Ninja Account. Alternatively you can invite the member to create an account here: https://enter.entryninja.com/profile/invite After the person has been invited you will be able to complete the Substitution.

Make sure they double check their ID number / Email address entered and make sure you enter their ID number / Email address correctly during the add member process. Having the ID number / Email address match is crucial in order for our system to recognise the individual so that either the SUBSTITUTION or ADD MEMBER can take place. 


NOTE: R50 admin fee is charged for a substitution or add member after a registration has been finalized.
