Credit cards and instantEFTs should reflect immediately, if you completed one of these methods and your registration remains unpaid please contact us at support@entryninja.com to check your registration.

When completing an EFT payment from a bank other than FNB please give up to 3 (Three) days for the payment to clear. You can send proof of payment (POP) to support@entryninja.com. Once the amount reflects in our bank account your registration will show as paid and you will receive an email notifying you of this.

Please make 100% sure your reference number is correct.

To find your reference number for EFT purposes just follow: https://enter.entryninja.com/registrations and download the invoice for the required race and our EFT reference details are on there. The system generates numerous reference numbers on your registration, you can use either of them as they all will point to your registration.

Using a reference like Entry Ninja or the race name will almost guarantee that your transaction will not be processed. We will not take any responsibility if you used the incorrect reference number and your registration is deleted.

If your reference number is correct then the system will automatically pick-up your payment once it clears in our bank account. You will receive an automatic email once this amount is allocated to your payment. If you do not receive an email in 3 days, your payment did not allocate. Please contact us at support@entryninja.com and we will gladly help you to trace your payment.

If this is not the case, please make sure that you used the correct payment reference. And send your proof of payment to support@entryninja.com.
