We highly discourage using cash deposits as a means of payment due to the substantial handling fees imposed by the banks. A significant R50 service fee is charged against the organizer's bank account for each cash deposit made. We strongly recommend using alternative payment methods such as EFT, debit card, or credit card to avoid these additional fees.
If you have no other option but to make a cash deposit, please be aware that you will need to include the additional R50 deposit fee on top of your event entry fee. Failure to pay the full amount, including the deposit fee, will result in your payment not reflecting as entirely paid.
