Proceed with the rest of your entry as usual, filling in all necessary details and preferences. Your entry process remains unchanged, ensuring a smooth registration experience.
3. View and Monitor Your Position:
Once you've completed your entry, you can access your registration detail page. There, you'll find crucial information—the position you hold on the waiting list. A lower number means you're closer to being converted into a real entry.
4. Conversion and Notification:
When spaces become available due to cancellations or non-payment by other entrants, our system will automatically convert your waiting list entry into a real one. Once this occurs, we'll notify you via email, providing all the relevant details.
5. Payment Process:
Upon receiving the email notification, you can access the provided link to proceed with payment for your real entry. Make sure to complete the payment within the stipulated timeframe to secure your spot fully.
Please note that the conversion of waiting list entries into real entries is contingent on cancellations and non-payment by other entrants before the provided deadline. Our team works diligently to accommodate as many participants as possible while maintaining a fair and organized event registration process.
